Why I Built This

    A letter to Berlin's tech community and the people who make it thrive.

    The Problem

    I used to have a folder of bookmarks: individual career pages for every Berlin company I wanted to work at. Every few days I'd open them one by one, scan for new roles, and close them again. Nothing new. Tab closed. Time lost.

    The obvious alternative was LinkedIn or Indeed. But a huge number of Berlin companies don't post there at all. They publish roles directly on their own career pages. The ones that do show up on LinkedIn are buried under recruiter spam, premium prompts, ghost jobs, and listings closed months ago. I was spending more time searching than applying, and still missing most of what was open.

    What I wanted was simple: tell the platform what I'm looking for, and have it do the checking for me.

    The Solution

    Straight from the source. Every listing comes directly from company ATS platforms. No recruiters, no noise. When you apply, your application goes directly to the company.

    Language-aware. No more reading three paragraphs to find out German is required. English-first and visa-sponsoring roles are flagged upfront.

    My Commitment

    Your CV data is used only to compute your matches. It is never sold, shared with employers, or used for anything else. Joblyst will never carry recruiter or agency posts. This is a direct channel between you and the companies building Berlin's tech ecosystem, and I intend to keep it that way.
